What does your web design service include?
Everything we believe you’ll need from planning, designing, to building, and maintaining your website. It also includes professional commercial licenses for our software with regular updates, commercial photography & font usage, website backups, email addresses, a .co.uk domain, anti-virus software, and hosting.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes, we can. We offer website redesign services where we can modernize and enhance your existing website improving design, SEO & hosting speed. Please be aware we will need access to your domain to do so if you already have one.
How long does it take to design a website?
The timeline for a Website Design depends on the size of the website, however we are usually able to deliver an initial draft within a week, and can create a website in as little as 48h if urgent.
How will people find my website?
We’ll optimise your business’s online visibility through a free aligned Google My Business profile, and ensure your website is Search Engine Optimisation ready out of the box for free. We also offer a range of SEO services which can further help depending on your requirements, read more here.
Seriously, £14.99 for a everything?!
We’ve worked with some very big businesses in the past, think BT, Currys, EE, Hotpoint and now we want to give back. Economy of scale means we’ll make a very small amount on each website (excluding our time), but we hope it’s the start of a much bigger journey of growing together with you!
Do you ensure my website is mobile-friendly?
Yes. All the websites we design are responsive, meaning they automatically adapt to the screen size of the device they’re viewed on, be it a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Do you offer custom website design?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our ability to create customised websites that are tailored to your specific needs and preferences. That’s why we never start a website without talking to you first about what you’re looking for. If you’d like us to build everything from scratch we can also offer that although it takes us 5x as long for the same output so we do charge a little extra.
Can I update the website myself after it is built?
Yes. We build websites on the WordPress content management system using Elementor Pro that allows you to update content on your own. We can provide training and support to help you manage your site, or we also offer additional update packages where we completely manage it for you.
How do I get updates?
As part of onboarding to your new website we’ll give you access to our client workspace. Where you can raise tickets to us for updates across your website, as well as any questions you may have.
